Finally, we came to some suggestions that would allow us to stay happier and healthier.

We began by looking into the various types of food we eat. We found that some foods are harmful and others are good for us. We know sugar can cause weight gain and is therefore very harmful. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. It makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.
