Sugar, for example, is known to be very unhealthy as it can lead to weight gain. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next, we will be looking at exercise. Exercise is good for our bodies and gives us energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many exercises you can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Last but not least, we discussed sleep. Sleep is the most important thing we do each and every day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This leads to problems such as headaches, back pain, depression, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. To stay healthy, it is important to get enough rest.
